- All students and alumni of the 10 co-organizing universities are welcome to join.
- Complete the Individual Registration at the below registration link.

- Form a team of 2 to 6 members.
- Teams will be competed in Student Group if all members are current undergraduates. However, teams will be competed in Open Group if any team members are alumni and non-undergraduates.

- Select a team leader, select one of the following themes:
- Trusted AI & Data Science (AI, Blockchain)
- Sustainability & ESG (Green Tech, Health Tech, Advanced Materials)
- Digital Economy (ArtTech, EdTech, FinTech)
- Smart Cities (Electronics, Advanced Manufacturing, Autonomous Robotics / Systems)
- Submit a proposal (with minimum of 5 pages but no more than 10 pages in PDF format) on or before January 6, 2025 (Monday) at 23:59.

- Shortlisted teams will be notified by January 13, 2025 (Monday) via email for confirming your participation to the Hong Kong Techathon+ Finale to be held on January 17-19, 2025 (Friday to Sunday).
